ZCES Kinders Kale Adventure

This fall, ZCES Kinders embarked on a kale adventure! They planted kale in grow domes and conducted a classroom experiment with old and new seeds, where the new seeds thrived!
After harvesting their kale, the kinders teamed up with Katie Martin and her culinary class at GWHS to transform their greens into delicious kale chips. These tasty treats vanished within seconds!
Kindergarten teacher Katelin Hoke summed it up perfectly: "If anyone was ever curious how to get children to eat their kale…kale chips are the way!
