Springtime Surprise at CVMS

This past spring, Carson Valley Middle School had an unexpected and delightful guest—a charming Swedish Blue Duck named Miss Quackerton! She decided to nest right outside the office with fourteen eggs.
Thanks to our amazing team—Ryan Nield the daytime custodian, Teri Hyman, Staci Dixon, and others—Miss Quackerton and her nest were kept safe and sound. They even built a special enclosure to protect her little family.
With everyone's help, Miss Quackerton successfully hatched adorable ducklings!
