Collaboration with like-minded peers is encouraged, along with a process-oriented approach that emphasizes creating, testing, failing, improving, and presenting. This methodology is particularly beneficial for gifted students who are accustomed to easily finding answers and may not often experience academic challenges. Additionally, the program integrates presentations and choice menus, offering varied ways for students to exhibit their knowledge and accommodate different learning styles.

Students in grades 3-5 gather once a week at their elementary schools, and grade 6 students meet similarly at their middle schools, ensuring dedicated time for specialized learning within their regular educational environments.
