CVMS Music Department Festivals & Honor Groups

The Carson Valley Middle School music department is in full swing with honor groups and preparing for festivals that will be happening in the next couple of weeks.
With that in mind, we would like to congratulate Liam D. for his participation in the All State Middle School Band at UNR last month. Additionally, a group of students took part in the County Honor Band at the Carson City Community Center on February 15th and 16th. We are also thrilled to recognize another group of students for their participation in the County Honor Choir at the same venue on February 22nd and 23rd.
Dr. Janet Levine, the CVMS Band & Choir teacher, shared her admiration for her students, stating, "Our students performed wonderfully, they were kind and respectful, and ultimately represented CVMS Tigers in the most positive way! Way to go with this outstanding opportunity to learn and grow as musicians!"
