A Douglas High School graduate, Blair’s career in transportation began as a bus driver within our district. His rise from a driver to Transportation Coordinator and now to Director reflects his dedication and deep understanding of our transportation needs.

Before joining DCSD, Blair successfully managed his own landscaping business and contributed significantly to organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada and Make-A-Wish Foundation. His diverse experience and community service background are assets to our leadership team.

As the Director of Transportation, Blair is set to bring innovative solutions and continue the department’s legacy of excellence. We are confident in his ability to lead and improve our transportation services.
