Alicia has spent the last three years as Assistant Principal at Douglas High School, where she helped lead schoolwide efforts to improve student achievement. Under her leadership, the DHS saw an increase in its 2025 ACT composite scores through data-driven strategies and a unified approach across professional learning communities.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in education and communications and is committed to ASPIRE’s focus on individualized learning, student support, and flexible educational pathways.
