Each session had a unique theme—flowers, fish bowls, butterflies, and baskets—with matching beads and gourds that made every project one-of-a-kind.

A special thank-you to Laura Hinkle for her presentation on how gourds grow and all the ways they’ve been used over time—even to summon rain! The kids loved seeing the decorated gourds and hearing the sound of the “thunder” gourd.
