Welcome to ParentSquare!
Starting with the 25–26 school year, DCSD will use ParentSquare for all family communication.
Here you'll find training videos, guides, and support resources to help you get started.

How to Join Your School on ParentSquare and Register Your Account
- Go to parentsquare.com/signin (or install the ParentSquare app). Under Register, enter the email or phone number you use for your Infinite Campus Parent Account.
- Use Google single sign-on, your email, or your phone number to set up your account. Your email/phone number must match contact details in the school’s database for this to work!
- If your contact details aren’t recognized, contact your school administrator to get them added. After they update your information in their database, the new contact details will appear in ParentSquare after the next daily sync, and you will be able to create an account.
Note: After you are added to ParentSquare by your school, you will receive school communications even if you have not registered your account. However, you will need to register your account in order to participate in two-way communications and to access any confidential student-specific documents or forms.

How to Set Your Notification Preferences in ParentSquare (Mobile)
You can choose how and when you’d like to receive messages—by app notification, email, or text. You can also decide between receiving updates instantly or in a digest format at the end of the day (around 6:00 PM).
Note: Emergency alerts will override your digest settings and will come through immediately.
To update your preferences:

From Home, tap the Menu (three bars) in the top-left corner.

Select Account.

Tap Notifications.

Use the toggles to turn on or off email, text, or app notifications.

Select either Instant or Digest for each method.

How to Change Your Language Settings (Mobile)
To update your language:

From Home, tap the Menu (three bars) in the top-left corner.

Select Account.

Tap Preferences.
-
Tap Language.
-
Scroll and select your preferred language from the list.
