REGISTRATION THROUGH AKTIVATE IS NOW OPEN TO SIGN UP FOR ALL 3 SEASONS OF 2024-25 DCSD SPORTS!
New Sports Physical Forms and Medical History forms for the 24-25 School Year.
NIAA has updated the Sports Physical and Medical History forms as well as the process for filing these. Our old forms will no longer be accepted. Effective Immediately, all athletes must have a NEW physical, even if they had one in the last year. Make sure you take the New NIAA History Form, New NIAA Physical Form and Medical Eligibility Form with you to your appointment.

Aktivate is now open to sign up for Winter and Spring seasons of DCSD Sports for the 24/25 school year.
Athletes must be cleared (in green) on Aktivate in order to participate/try out.
Remember, all athletes need a new physical on the new NIAA forms. Make sure you select 24/25 for the sports year using your current grade.
