DCSD Budget & Funding Overview
Did You Know - DCSD Budget & Financial Transparency Series
We are launching a short series to help families and staff understand how our school district is funded, why certain funds can only be used for specific purposes, and what drives changes in our budget from year to year. School finance can feel complicated, but our goal is to break big topics into simple, quick reads that explain how resources flow to DCSD and how they support students. This page will serve as the home for each part of the series, along with links to key budget documents and tools for staying informed.
Each topic in the series is linked below and opens in ParentSquare, where posts can be viewed without an account. We release a new topic every week and will continue adding each installment to this page so everything stays in one easy-to-find place.
